Hand carved from lumps of genuine marble, this pair of Temple Lions are sat on decorated pedestals.

Notice the intricacy of the carving of each lion and the attention to detail.

The female lion has a baby lion under her front paw and the male is holding a decorated ball, which signifies the Earth.

These are tradionally placed either side of an entrance protecting the premises from spritual harm or ideal outdoors as garden statues or garden sculpture.
