This menacing looking statue is a Hindu style gatekeeper or guardian used to ward off evil spirits.

With a similiar face to gargoyles found all over the world, this style of mask face is traditionally placed at the entrance of a house or temple to ward off harm or evil spirits.

Ideal indoors or outdoors, this stone statue would traditionally be placed by an entrance but is sure to be the centre of attention wherever it is located.
